⎯ FAQ
Common questions
about training with
Searle.
If you have a question that isn’t answered here, reach out directly and Searle or his team will get back to you promptly.
Where is Strong Body Company located?
The studio is based in Noosa Heads, Queensland on the Sunshine Coast. All in-person personal training and remedial therapy sessions are held here. The studio is private, fully equipped and designed for focused one-on-one work.
Do I need any fitness experience to train with Searle?
No. Searle works with clients at every level, from complete beginners to elite athletes. Every program is built from scratch around where you are right now. What matters is that you are committed to the process.
What makes Strong Body Company different from a regular gym or Personal Trainer?
Searle brings over 30 years of experience across personal training, remedial therapy, MMA, boxing, ZUU movement and cycling coaching. He understands how the brain, nervous system and musculature work together, using that knowledge to identify dysfunction and build genuine, lasting strength. Every session is fully custom. There are no templates and no generic programs. Everything is built specifically for you.
Can Searle help me recover from an injury?
Yes. Searle has extensive experience working with clients returning from injury, managing chronic pain and rebuilding strength post-surgery. All new clients begin with an Initial Assessment & Treatment session so Searle can fully understand your history before building your program.
Does Searle run workshops?
Yes. Searle is an experienced movement educator who has delivered workshops across four countries. His workshops focus on movement fundamentals, form and how to train intelligently for long-term results. If you are interested in hosting or attending a workshop, get in touch directly.
What is remedial therapy and how is it different from a regular massage?
Remedial therapy is a clinically-focused treatment that addresses the root cause of muscular pain, tightness and dysfunction, not just the symptoms. Searle uses deep-tissue massage, trigger point therapy and fascia release informed by his Diploma in Remedial Therapy and 30 years of hands-on experience. It is significantly more targeted than a standard relaxation massage.
How do I get started?
New clients start with an Initial Assessment & Treatment session ($165). This 1.5-hour appointment gives Searle the full picture of your body, your goals and what needs addressing. From there, ongoing sessions and programs are tailored entirely to you. You can book directly above or get in touch if you have questions first.
Is the online training program suitable if I travel a lot?
Yes. The online program is designed specifically for people who need flexibility. Searle builds the program around your schedule, your available equipment and your travel commitments, with regular check-ins to adjust as needed.
Does Searle do group training?
Yes, if you're interested in training with a friend or as part of a group, get in touch.
