MOTIVATION

Stress levels are high, and motivation to exercise can sometimes be low.
Stress will always be present, but with fitness and strength we can overcome the negative impacts on our health.
Motivation involves biological, emotional, social and cognitive forces that activate behaviour and with the right combination you can develop a healthy routine.

about our founder

Our founder Searle has been working in the health and fitness industry for more than 20 years.

His approach is based on teaching and tools, coaching you towards fitness and strength that can be sustained for your lifetime.  Now based in Noosa, Queensland, Searle adopts a holistic methodology to his training, drawing on his study of many practices including remedial therapy, MMA, boxing and Zuu body weight movement.

Searle has helped clients to train for running and cycling events, body sculpting competitions, weight loss and muscle gain, post-pregnancy goals, as well as rehabilitation following injury or surgery.

His focus is helping clients to create a strong body, in synergy with a motivated and confident mindset.  The goal is not only to live longer – but to live stronger.

Qualifications

 

  • Trainer assessor
  • Cert 3 and 4 in fitness
  • Zuu master trainer (body weight movement)
  • MMA and Boxing instructor
  • track and road cycling coach
  • Diploma in remedial therapy
