We will work with you in an initial 45min personal online session to understand your goals and motivations, and assess your current level of fitness. We then design your customised 12 week program for your daily routine towards your goals.
After six weeks, we will have another 20min online session to reassess and check in on your progress (to keep you honest and on track).
At the end of your 12 weeks, there will be another follow up 20min online session to check on final results.
Of course you always have the option to add-on some personal training sessions in person to keep you motivated.
